Fisia Italimpianti among the protagonists of EVOLUTIO, the exhibition promoted and created by Webuild on the history of major infrastructure projects

"EVOLUTIO" is the exhibition conceived and created by Webuild, an immersive narrative spanning over 120 years of major infrastructure projects and their impact on daily life, the environment, and local development. The exhibition also provided Webuild with the opportunity to launch EVOLUTIO.MUSEUM, the first digital museum entirely dedicated to infrastructure.
The temporary exhibition EVOLUTIO is hosted by the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome until November 9th and showcases the works that have changed the face of Italy and the world, demonstrating how behind every piece of infrastructure lies a story of innovation, vision, and engineering at the service of people.
Among the protagonists of this narrative is Fisia Italimpianti, a Webuild Group company specializing in water treatment and management solutions. Among its works featured in the exhibition are the Jebel Ali desalination plant, the largest in the United Arab Emirates at the time of construction, the Salalah plant in Oman, and the Atakoi water treatment plant in Turkey. These projects demonstrate the Group's commitment to the water sector: purification, desalination, and water treatment systems that address the challenge of sustainability and contribute to building a more resilient future for water.
Fisia Italimpianti's participation in the EVOLUTIO project is not only a celebration of the past, but also a declaration of intent for the future, confirming the Group's strategic role in the integrated water cycle and the contribution Fisia Italimpianti can make to Webuild's mission of building infrastructure that improves people's lives.
After Rome, the EVOLUTIO exhibition will visit other Italian cities, including Milan, Naples, Reggio Calabria, and Palermo, before continuing its journey beyond the border with scheduled stops in Australia, the United States, and Saudi Arabia. A tour that aims to inspire, engage, and reflect on the crucial role infrastructure plays in the sustainable and inclusive growth of our communities.
