The Company FISIA ITALIMPIANTI with registered office in GENOVA, Via de Marini 1 (hereinafter, 'Company', 'we' and 'our'), as data controller, is committed to protecting the user's privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies exclusively to the website www.fisiait.com and to any other website or service controlled by the Company within which the Privacy Policy is published or referred to (hereinafter, collectively, the "Website").

The website

The main purpose of the Website is to present the Company's products and services, providing detailed information to users.

Additionally, the following services are also provided through the Website:

  • page for expression of interest (for individuals and companies)
  • page for spontaneous application and sending of CVs to the Company.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share the personal data we obtain as a result of the user’s use of the Website.

As the Company reserves the right at any time to add or remove features from the Website and to change the services and/or products offered, the Company may update the Privacy Policy at any time, and users and visitors to the Website will be notified of any changes.

Data processed

Data that the user voluntarily provides. The Company may collect the following personal data provided voluntarily by the user:

  • user's first and last name,
  • user’s home address or residence,
  • user’s e-mail address, telephone number,
  • user’s date of birth,
  • user’s CV.

Data collection may take place, for instance, when the user sends in his or her CV.

If the user provides us with personal data of third parties, the user shall do whatever is necessary to ensure that the communication of the data to us and our subsequent processing for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation; so, for instance, the user must first inform third parties before he/she provides us with their personal data and must obtain their consent to the data processing, if required by such legislation.

Browsing data. Browsing data include all data collected automatically through the Website and involve, for example, the types of actions performed on the Website by the user and the manner in which the user is using the Website. In addition, we can automatically register the IP address (i.e. the unique address that identifies the user's device on the Internet), which is automatically recognised by our server. Browsing data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its proper functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. Such data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer offences against the Website or in order to safeguard our rights.

The Company does not knowingly collect or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 18, nor does it knowingly allow such minors to use the Website.

Users under the age of 18 are requested not to register on the Website and not to provide personal data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which the data was originally collected, or in order to comply with legal obligations. For example, we retain personal data that we need in order to exercise our right of defence in legal proceedings, such as personal data relating to a contract, for at most 10 years from the contract signing, this being the ordinary limitation period laid down in the Italian Civil Code.

After this period has elapsed, the personal data will be deleted or anonymised. 

Where we have collected personal data based on the user’s consent and we no longer have any other valid legal basis for continuing to process them, if the user later withdraws his/her consent we will delete the personal data concerned by said withdrawal.
