The Website

Data processed

Data provided by the user on a voluntary basis. The Company may collect the following personal data provided spontaneously by the user:

  • his/her address (domicile status or residence),
  • his/her email address, telephone number,
  • his/her date of birth,
  • his curriculum vitae.

The collection can take place, for example, when the user sends his/her curriculum vitae.

If the user provides us with third parties’ personal data, the user shall make every endeavor to ensure that the communication of data to the Company and our subsequent processing for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy take place in compliance with applicable legislation, for example, prior to providing us with third parties’ personal data, the user must inform such third parties and obtain consent to the processing, if required by the aforementioned legislation.

Navigation data. The navigation data includes all data collected automatically through the Website and relate, for example, to the types of actions performed on the Website by the user and how the user is using the Site. Furthermore, we can automatically register the IP address (the unique address that identifies the user’s device on the internet), which is automatically recognized by our server. The navigation data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its regular functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. These data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of any computer crimes on the Website or to protect our rights.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing

The Company processes the user’s personal data to respond to a user’s request, for the request to evaluate his/her curriculum vitae for personnel selection purposes.

Data pertaining to minors

The Company does not collect or intentionally store personal data pertaining to individuals under the age of 18, nor does it intentionally allow such minors to use the Site.

Users under the age of 18 are asked not to register on the Website and not to provide personal data.

Transfer abroad

The Company may need to transfer users’ personal data abroad. Data retention

For example, we retain the personal data necessary for the exercise of our rights to defend ourselves in the event of legal disputes, such as personal data relating to a contract, for up to a maximum of 10 years from the conclusion of the contract, on the basis of the limitation period set forth in the Civil Code.

Upon expiry of this period, personal data will be deleted or anonymised.

In the event that we have collected personal data based on the user's consent and no longer have any other valid legal basis to continue with processing of such data, if the user subsequently revokes his/her consent, we will delete the personal data affected by such revocation.
